GENERAL
Pulveriser is a versatile grinding unit of heavy and rugged construction and built for continuous operation. Pulverizer consist of grinding mill with internal whizzer classifier, suction blower, cyclone air separator & dust collector ( Bag type). Material feed into grinding mill through hopper & regulated by star feeder consist of ratchet & pawl. In grinding chamber material is pulverized by impact of hammer. Fine material sucked by powerful suction blower through internal whizzer classifier which located between grinding mill & suction blower. Coarse product & air are seprated into cyclone collector. Fine product are collected in hopper below dust collector (bag type) There are replaceable liner in grinding mill, whizzer cone & blower rotor blade.

Pulveriser capable of grinding soft to medium hard minerals & chemicals.
