GENERAL
Pan Conveyor consist of a metal deck formed by a series of base pans with transversal reinforcement bends, overlapping ends for carrying fine-grained material and side walls, so as to form a mobile containment channel for the material being transported.The drive section is in the discharge zone, while the return station on the opposite end includes the chain take-up station.
APPLICATION
To receive High Temperature semi liquid sodium silicate from furnace & convey it.
TYPE
Single strand chain or double strand chain heavy duty or light duty construction for handling horizontal or shallow pan to handle materials on inclined conveyor.
SPECIFICATION
Material is carrying on upper run. Multiple material inlet points can be included along the conveyor but a single discharge point. Recommended speed – 10 to 15 meter / minute.
