Vibrating conveyors are an excellent alternative to screw and belt feeders and conveyors. No moving parts ever touch your materials, there are no augers, bearings, seals, or other items which might degrade material or require replacement or maintenance.
APPLICATION
Vibrating conveyor’s gentle conveying action makes these units ideal for handling a wide range of free flowing bulk materials, including hot, abrasive, fine, dusty, lumpy, stringy, and other difficult to handle products.
FEATURES
The pan and tube type conveyor features too highly efficient, extremely mounted vibrators that provide a unidirectional vibratory motion along the conveyor axis in constant or variable operation. Flat pans will convey most materials at a 5° Incline from horizontal line.
